The Draconid people (Japanese: 流星(りゅうせい)の民(たみ) Meteor people) are an ancient tribe of people that live in the Hoenn region. They worship Rayquaza, who they refer to as the "Dragon Lord", after it saved the world from Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre.
